MULLEIN ROOT TINCTURE

Common uses:

• Urinary incontinence (strengthens bladder)
• Back and muscle spasms
• Joint pain
• Facial nerve pain (has been used in treating Bell’s Palsy, a common side effect of Lyme disease)
• Supports lymph nodes
• Prostate health
• Recovery after hysterectomy

Recommended dose: Shake well. Begin with a few drops and increase to 15 - 20 drops, 3 - 4 times a day with water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Cautions and Warnings: Mullein is considered safe for long term use. Note that Mullein root is an expectorant so you may experience an urge to cough from any congestion you may have.
