ST JOHN'S WORT TINCTURE

Common uses:

• Anxiety, tension, relief of restlessness
• Mild depression
• Sedative, helps with sleep disorders
• Lower back pain, neck pain, or joint pain
• Use externally for painful muscles, bruising

Recommended dose: Shake well. Begin with a few drops and increase to 15 - 20 drops, 3 - 4 times a day with water. Store in a cool, dry place.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking anti anxiety or anti depressants, seizure medications, antihistamines. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
