YARROW TINCTURE

Common uses:

• Menstrual cramps, bleeding
• Stimulates gallbladder & digestive organs
• Colds and flu (Reduce fever)
• Bladder infection
• Diarrhea
• Varicose veins
• Externally: Acne, stops bleeding, cuts, bruises, insect bites, disinfects wounds

Recommended dose: Shake well. Begin with a few drops and increase to 15 - 20 drops, 3 - 4 times a day with water. For acute conditions, you want to take smaller and/or more frequent doses, such as 1/4 teaspoon every hour. Store in a cool, dry place.

Cautions and Warnings: The yarrow tincture is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. It may also cause some allergies in people sensitive to herbs from the Asteraceae family. Consult with a medical provider before using any herbal preparation.
